Ø Process cashiering transactions for guests including cashing checks, chip redemptions, markers and payments, credit card advances, bill breaking and other transactions. Ø Able to process OFAC (Office of Foreign Asset Control) screenings when needed before completing transactions Ø Understand what information is needed to complete Currency Transaction Reports (CTR’s), Monetary Instrument Logs (MIL’s) and Multiple Transaction Logs (MTL) and able to enter the customer information needed to complete forms
Know the red flags of suspicious transactions or activities Know when and how to submit a Suspicious Activity Incident Report (SAI).
Ø Understand and comply with government Anti-money Laundering regulations. Ø Understand and comply with all government regulations Ø Deliver excellent customer service to all gaming guests Ø Responsible for all funds entrusted during an assigned shift
