The transaction expands Truckee Gaming’s ownership and operations to 10 casinos in Northern and Southern Nevada. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Holland & Hart represented Truckee Gaming, LLC, a leading owner and operator of locals-oriented casinos in Nevada, in its acquisition of Rail City Casino in Sparks, Nevada, from Affinity Interactive and its affiliates.
